Change of Mind We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — so please choose carefully.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law and we take it seriously.

How to Request a Return Email us at coastalchaosau@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
